Position Details

Type: Full-time Learning Agreement
Duration: 6 Months
Available Slots:
– Industrial Engineering (6 positions)
– Electrical Engineering (6 positions)
– Mechanical Engineering (6 positions)

Core Responsibilities

• Complete university-accredited practical training modules
• Participate in shift rotations across production facilities
• Assist in quality assurance and process optimization projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Maintain detailed training progress reports

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

• Completed S1-S5 academic modules with minimum 65% average
• Active enrollment in recognized engineering degree program
• Specialization in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Key Competencies:

• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
• Effective communication in English (written and verbal)
• Adaptability in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software
