About the Program

Key Responsibilities
Practical Operations:
- Manage loading/unloading of goods from vehicles
- Prepare trip documentation and verify freight records
- Handle stock receiving/dispatch processes
- Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and stock placement
- Monitor goods security during transportation
Learning Components:
- Complete NQF-aligned theoretical modules
- Receive workplace mentoring from industry professionals
- Prepare for TETA competency assessments
Candidate Requirements
- South African ID holder
- Completed Grade 12/N3/NQF 2 (40%+ in Math & English)
- Aged 23-35 years
- Medically fit for physical warehouse work
- Available for shifts including weekends (08:00-18:00)
- Resident of Germiston, Alberton, Boksburg, or Johannesburg
- Clean criminal record
Advantageous Skills:
- Own reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous work experience (any field)
