Training Force Learnerships 2025/26
Training Force is delighted to announce our Learnership Programme for the 2025/26 year. If you are studying Grade 10, 11 or 12 – whether you are a matriculant, a Grade 12 student or a learner who is still completing your studies – you are eligible to apply. These programmes are open to both able‑bodied and disabled individuals, giving you the chance to gain hands‑on experience and professional skills across a variety of industries.

How the Process Works
- Once you submit your application, you will receive an SMS invitation to take a pre‑training assessment test.
- After the assessment, if your profile matches an available learnership and you meet the required criteria, you will be placed in that programme.
Application Requirements
- All applications must be submitted via the online form only.
- Applications sent by email (e.g. info@trainingforce.co.za) will not be accepted.
- Only those who complete the online form will be evaluated.
