1. Grant Administrator (Level 05) – 4 Posts
Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (exclusive of benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Management, Business Management, or Management Science (recognized by SAQA)
- Computer literacy is essential
- Added advantage: Valid driver’s license and/or administrative/clerical experience
Duties:
- Provide grant customer care services
- Screen and capture grant applications including beneficiary maintenance functions
- Administer medical bookings and assessments
- Provide off-site grant application services to clients
- Scanning and batching of grants files

2. Clerk: Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support Services
Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (exclusive of benefits)
Location: Regional Office – Mmabatho
Ref No: SAS NW 09/2025
Minimum Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) recognized by SAQA
- Computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license
- Added advantage: Three-year National Diploma in Public Management, Business Management, or Facility/Property Management (NQF6) and knowledge in Facility Management
Duties:
- Assist with administrative functions pertaining to Facilities Management within the Region
- Provide administrative support services including Registry, cleaning, catering services
- Record, capture and retrieve correspondence and data pertaining to facilities management
- Handle travel arrangements
- Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3)
