1. Grant Administrator (Level 05) – 4 Posts

Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (exclusive of benefits)

  • Bojanala District – Rustenburg Local Office (Ref No: SAS NW 02/2025)

  • Dr Kenneth Kaunda District – Maquassi Hills Local Office (Ref No: SAS NW 04/2025)
Minimum Requirements:
  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Management, Business Management, or Management Science (recognized by SAQA)
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Added advantage: Valid driver’s license and/or administrative/clerical experience
Duties:
  • Provide grant customer care services
  • Screen and capture grant applications including beneficiary maintenance functions
  • Administer medical bookings and assessments
  • Provide off-site grant application services to clients
  • Scanning and batching of grants files

2. Clerk: Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support Services

Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (exclusive of benefits)

Location: Regional Office – Mmabatho

Ref No: SAS NW 09/2025

Minimum Requirements:
  • Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) recognized by SAQA
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Added advantage: Three-year National Diploma in Public Management, Business Management, or Facility/Property Management (NQF6) and knowledge in Facility Management
Duties:
  • Assist with administrative functions pertaining to Facilities Management within the Region
  • Provide administrative support services including Registry, cleaning, catering services
  • Record, capture and retrieve correspondence and data pertaining to facilities management
  • Handle travel arrangements
  • Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3)
Employment Equity Target:
