Programme Overview

12-Month Youth Empowerment Opportunity

This learnership offers young South Africans a unique chance to gain corporate experience while earning a national qualification (NQF Level 4 Certificate in Wealth Management). High performers may transition to permanent roles through our Youth Empowerment Programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete classroom learning and workplace training

Requirements

  • South African citizen aged 18-35
  • Unemployed with no tertiary qualifications
  • Matric certificate with 50%+ in:
    • Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy/Accounting
    • English
  • Clear criminal/credit record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Available from February 2026 full-time
