Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service during busy holiday season
Master product knowledge including fabric types, sizing, and new collections
Maintain store presentation standards through visual merchandising
Process transactions accurately using POS systems
Handle high-volume sales periods and extended trading hours
Offer personalized styling advice to customers

Candidate Requirements

Available for flexible shifts including weekends/public holidays
Previous retail experience preferred (not mandatory)
Strong fashion sense and understanding of streetwear culture
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
Physical stamina for extended standing periods
Valid SARS tax number and bank account

Compensation Package

Base salary: R8,500 – R10,000 monthly
Performance-based commission structure
