Position 1: Chief Registrar – Land Court (MR6, OSD)

Location: Land Court Randburg, Gauteng
Salary Range: R586,956 – R1,386,972 per annum

Essential Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) and LLB Degree
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Registrar
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strategic leadership capabilities in judicial administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage case flow management systems
  • Supervise court registrars and support staff
  • Implement judicial directives and operational policies
  • Coordinate court processes with stakeholders

Position 2: Registrar’s Clerk (Level 05)

Reference: 2025/216/OCJ (Re-advertisement)
Location: Durban High Court, KZN
Salary Range: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • National Diploma advantage (360 credit NQF 6)

Primary Duties:

  • Manage case file administration
  • Process court documents and applications
  • Assist with case tracking and record management
