Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 Certificate or NQF Level 3 equivalent
- Valid South African driver’s license (Code B)
- 5 years of verifiable driving experience
- Proven ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks
Required Competencies
- Essential Skills: Clear communication, literacy, physical fitness for loading/unloading
- Technical Skills: Vehicle inspection capability, logbook maintenance, safety protocol adherence
Key Responsibilities
- Transport staff members and official materials between locations
- Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate trip records and vehicle service documentation
- Identify and report vehicle defects promptly
- Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations
