Internship Overview:
Join our End User Computing Team as an IT Intern to provide technical support, maintain systems, and contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues reported via the IT Service Desk
- Monitor service tickets to ensure timely resolution within SLAs
- Collaborate with 3rd Level teams for backend system support
- Support corporate events with audiovisual equipment setup
- Manage IT asset database and hardware inventory
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes
- Deploy and maintain laptops/desktops for staff members
- Perform software updates and system maintenance
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing/completed degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science Engineering
- Technical Engineering
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent English communication (written/verbal)
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
