Job Description

As part of the Customer Experience team, you will deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
• Providing accurate quotations for services and products, including government hospital pricing.
• Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Using SAP ERP to correct and update records for funders, hospitals, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinating robotic order placements with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
• Assisting the procurement team with export documentation and related queries.
• Ensuring key performance indicators such as productivity and financial accuracy are met.
