About the Learnership
The Yes 4 Youth Learnership is an entry‑level opportunity for young South Africans to gain hands‑on experience in a global logistics environment. You will learn to load and unload goods, use warehouse equipment safely, and support the delivery process under the guidance of a team leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and follow the client’s requirements.
- Use equipment correctly and report any faults.
- Record and report any non‑conformities with customer merchandise.
- Work within the designated operating areas.
- Follow safe working practices and operating procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (English & Mathematics or literacy) – Essential.
- BBB‑EE candidate.
- South African citizen only.
- Unemployed youth aged 18–29 years.
- Valid driver’s licence, minimum code 08 – Desirable.
- Valid forklift or reach truck licence – Desirable.
- Submit a CV, a copy of a certified ID, and a copy of your matric certificate.
