We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Listings Assistant to join our Cape Town office. This is a part-time, short-term contract role ideal for students or those early in their careers, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our network of online sellers (Partners) by accurately tracking and recording their product listings on Facebook Marketplace. Your work will ensure our records are precise and up-to-date, enabling us to better understand sales trends and provide enhanced support to our Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, record, and maintain accurate product listings and account records for our Partners.
• Review social media posts for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and report any inconsistencies or notable trends to the Partner Coordinator.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to data tracking and management.

Role Details

• Type: Part-time (2.5 days per week, seasonal)
• Contract Duration: 20th October – December 2025
• Location: Hybrid (mix of in-office and remote work in Cape Town)
• Salary: R4,000 per month
• Reports to: Partner Coordinator
• Start Date: Immediate availability required; role starts on 20th October
