We are now looking for a meticulous and driven Bookkeeper to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our financial health.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven and organized Bookkeeper for a full-time, on-site position. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy and ownership of their work. You will be responsible for a range of essential bookkeeping duties, ensuring our financial records are meticulously maintained and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general bookkeeping and maintain comprehensive financial records.
• Accurately capture all payments and process credit notes.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of company bank statements.
• Ensure all financial data is organized and easily accessible.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30.

Remuneration

An annual salary ranging from R300,000 to R380,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven proficiency in using Pastel Accounting software is essential.
• Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of numerical accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
