About the Position

At Morse Networks, we specialize in creating intelligent solutions for forward-thinking clients. As a tech-forward MSP with a strong focus on AI integration, we are scaling our AI-first website design services and are looking for a WordPress expert who can blend creativity, coding expertise, and cutting-edge tools to develop websites that deliver tangible outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing modern, mobile-first WordPress sites using tools like Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom solutions
• Integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Tidio, and content personalization platforms
• Automating lead capture, chat flows, form routing, and CRM handoffs using Zapier, Make, or native APIs
• Implementing AI-powered SEO, heatmaps, and conversion tracking to enhance user insights
• Developing reusable, scalable, and high-performance themes and templates
• Creating AI-first client sites that are visually appealing and effective in generating leads and revenue

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in WordPress design and development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, WP Bakery, or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Hotjar, or Botpress
• Exceptional design skills with a focus on user experience (UX)
• Ability to debug themes and work with APIs

Bonus Skills

• Experience with OpenAI APIs or chatbot integration
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva
• Background in building WooCommerce stores or complex landing pages
• Knowledge of data layers, events, and custom conversions

Desired Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field
