Warehouse Storeman

Manage inventory operations in a fast-paced distribution center servicing the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods
• Organize storage using FIFO system
• Prepare orders for dispatch (picking, packing, labeling)
• Operate handheld scanners for stock movements
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and stock audits
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• 2+ years warehouse experience
• Valid forklift license (counterbalance/reach truck)
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, WMS systems)
• Physical fitness for manual handling

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic salary: R12,000 – R16,500/month
• Overtime at 1.5x rate

Shift Pattern: Day shift (06:00-15:00) with alternate Saturdays
