About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to join our team at Leroy Merlin. In this role you will work with the supply chain team to keep our warehouse running smoothly. You will help with receiving, picking, inventory checks and dispatch. We value people who can improve processes, work well with others and help the team reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
- Help all departments keep their stock levels optimal.
- Set up and review settings that ensure we always have stock available for customers.
- Support the team by sharing information and communicating clearly.
- Suggest and implement ways to work more efficiently.
- Continue to learn about warehouse operations and keep your skills current.
- Act as a leader when the Head of Department is not available.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high quality service and keep productivity high.
- Assist with staffing to guarantee excellent customer service.
- Help train and develop other staff members.
