About the Role
As a Time and Attendance Administrator you will support our Human Capital team by ensuring that all employee time records are accurate and that payroll data is error‑free. You will be the point of contact for correcting clocking errors, managing absenteeism, and improving our time‑keeping process.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and correct clocking and attendance data for all employees.
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records that feed into payroll.
- Apply your knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), PRP Solutions and intermediate Excel skills to calculate overtime, leave and absenteeism correctly.
- Troubleshoot device malfunctions and proactively recommend solutions.
- Communicate clearly with Human Capital, Payroll and all business divisions to keep everyone aligned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 qualification – HR or Finance experience is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of time and attendance administration experience.
- Experience with PRP Solutions is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of BCEA.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
