We are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the lift industry. This is a four‑year, full‑time training programme designed to cultivate the next generation of lift engineers.

Minimum Requirements

• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Age not older than 23 years
• School achievements: P1 & P2, N5 & N6
• Strong mathematics foundation
• Self‑motivated, team player, detail oriented
• Commitment to continuous learning

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

• Analytical thinking – gather and evaluate information accurately
• Alignment with the company’s vision and values
• Openness to feedback and self‑assessment

Application Process

1. Take a two‑hour online test (shortlisted candidates).
2. Top scorers will be invited to an interview with HR and the Head of Department.
3. Successful candidates will be interviewed by a panel of senior engineers.
4. Final selection will be announced and the programme will commence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or related).
• Knowledge of hydraulics.
• Basic electrical and mechanical skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
