Job Description

You will be part of a structured development programme designed to give you hands‑on experience in managing people, operations and the financial aspects of contract cleaning services. This role prepares you for future leadership positions in operations and contract management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
• Support supervisors with scheduling, task allocation and quality control.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Learn operational systems, reporting tools and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Engage in client meetings and help resolve queries.
• Contribute to special projects such as site mobilisations and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications
