Eligibility

• Currently in Grade 9, 10 or 11 during 2025
• Will enter Grade 10, 11 or 12 in 2026
• Minimum 65 % aggregate in the previous grade and in Term 3 assessments for the current grade
• Minimum 65 % in Mathematics in the previous grade and in Term 3 assessments for the current grade
• Strong academic record; Physical Science will be an advantage
• South African citizenship
• Demonstrated financial need
• Residing in the Saldanha or Matzikama Municipal Areas
• Attending a school registered with Basic Education and Training (BET)

Application Requirements

• Comprehensive curriculum vitae
• Previous grade final report and current grade Term 3 report
• Certified copy of unabridged birth certificate
• Copies of both parents’ or guardians’ ID documents
• Proof of residential address in Saldanha or Matzikama communities

Important Notes

• Applications must meet all above requirements
• Only South African citizens are eligible
• Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered
• Applicants who do not hear from Tronox within four (4) weeks of the closing date will be considered unsuccessful
• Appointments will be made in line with the Tronox Employment Equity Policy
