About the Job
We are seeking a reliable Transport Admin Clerk to support our transport operations. The role involves managing fleet administration, capturing transport data for KPI reports, and stepping in for the transport controller when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service the fleet.
- Handle insurance claims and traffic fines.
- Track vehicle fuel consumption.
- Generate order numbers from the system.
- Ensure fines are billed to the correct driver.
- Keep monthly kilometre usage within contractual limits.
- Allocate cost appropriately.
- Monitor and update the DRM/Vigil information system.

Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
Experience
2–3 years of transport administration experience, preferably in an FMCG setting.
Key Outputs & Working Conditions
Position runs 6‑day week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as required. Be prepared to work extra hours in a pressured environment.
