Job Summary

Tracker South Africa is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for our Polokwane region. In this role you will support the sales team, manage contract paperwork, maintain regional records, and meet the needs of our dealers, brokers, fitment centres and corporate clients. Your goal is to provide reliable, friendly, and efficient service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist sales consultants and administrative staff with day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Process new sales contracts and related documents accurately.
  • Maintain regional records, statistical reports, and activity logs.
  • Follow up on leads and answer queries from potential and existing customers.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding scheduled fitments and service appointments.
  • Enter and update client data in the system, handling walk‑in and phone‑in entries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact on the reception desk and on incoming calls.
  • Resolve client issues with dealers, brokers, fitment centres, corporate clients, and head office staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service that aligns with Tracker’s service excellence standards.
  • Support other departments or regions as directed by the supervisor or manager.
  • Track the loading of contracts from dealers, brokers and corporate clients.
  • Supply weekly sales statistics to sales consultants.
  • Ensure lead sources and pricing sources are recorded correctly.
  • Deliver insurance certificates to customers when required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in the logistics or tracking industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
