About the Role
The Insurance Sales Department at Tracker Connect is looking for an External Representative to drive sales within the Insurance industry. You will market Tracker to existing and prospective clients and ensure high service levels in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflow.
- Identify and solve customer problems.
- Act as a liaison between Call Centres and Tracker Call Centre.
- Administer sales contracts, maintain records and prepare reports.
- Provide daily feedback on business performance.
- Initiate Tracker sales and develop new business.
- Conduct training and presentations for call centre staff.
- Motivate and guide the sales force on the broker floor.
- Promote Tracker within partner call centres.
- Analyze sales trends and report on them.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience working with brokers or selling short‑term insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of inbound/outbound call centre experience.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Tracker systems and processes is an advantage.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Self‑motivated, committed, and assertive.
