About the Role
Tracker Connect needs a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our Gauteng region and the Johannesburg Sales Department. The role involves managing sales contracts, coordinating fitments, and providing high‑quality service to clients and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record sales contracts submitted by clients and sales consultants.
- Track and ensure the timely loading of contracts from brokers, dealers, fitment centres, and sales consultants.
- Schedule and follow up on vehicle fitment appointments.
- Generate and share performance statistics with sales consultants, fitment centres, brokers, and dealers.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, fitment centres, dealers, brokers, and sales consultants, routing them to the correct department and following up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate Lead Source and Pricing Source records.
- Issue insurance certificates as required.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with brokers, dealers, fitment centres, corporate partners, sales staff, and head‑office staff.
- Deliver outstanding service to both existing and prospective clients while protecting the company’s and customers’ best interests.
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of Matric (high school).
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
