About the Job

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cooker Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating critical control point (CCP) equipment in accordance with strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CCP equipment meticulously according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Strictly adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles throughout all processes.
• Assist in identifying and implementing appropriate corrective actions when necessary to maintain product quality.
• Accurately report on production wastage to help minimize loss and improve efficiency.
• Conduct all necessary quality and safety checks as required by the production schedule.
• Record equipment downtime accurately and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure that all equipment and the immediate work area are kept clean and organized at all times.
• Identify, rectify, and report all process deviations to the Supervisor immediately.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and report any unsafe practices or conditions.
• Maintain high personal and factory hygiene standards in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Functionally literate and numerate.
• Ability to understand and interpret Process Specifications, Recipes, and data.
• Capable of reading and comprehending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and work towards goals and objectives as explained by supervision.
• Willingness and ability to work shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.
• Proven team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated individual with high levels of personal discipline.
• Open to training and developing multiple skills within the production environment.
