About the Role

As a Customer Service Intern in Banking & Payments, you will support our customer service team with a variety of tasks, helping to deliver excellent customer experience.
Main Activities and Tasks
- Support the customer service team
- Assist with order processing, archiving, and audit preparations
- Follow up with internal stakeholders such as logistics, sales and technical teams
- Handle DHL despatching issues
- Prepare customer reports as required
- Compile PFI (Procurement Financial Information)
- Track banking customer stationery orders with suppliers
- Provide project assistance
- General customer service assistance when needed
Key Knowledge and Skills
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Attention to detail (rigour)
- Self‑initiative and ability to work independently
- Resilience under stress
- Team player with good interpersonal and intercultural communication
- Fluency in English; other languages welcome
Education and Qualifications
Relevant National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
