Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Results: Focus on achieving success by identifying and creating compelling sales opportunities, leading strategic discussions with clients and vendors, and growing revenue.
  • Build Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of UiPath, Power Automate, Azure Cognitive Services, and AiForged products, processes, and tools to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Account Ownership: Collaborate with enterprise clients to optimize services, solutions, and product sales while understanding their business objectives to help them grow.
  • Embrace Growth: Maintain a growth mindset by learning from challenges, thriving in uncertain situations, and continuously seeking improvement.
  • Foster Collaboration: Support team members, share knowledge, and work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Manage internal and client communications, build trust with key stakeholders, and ensure expectations and objectives are met.
  • Account Growth: Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to expand the account by offering additional products and services aligned with client needs.
  • Delivery Assurance: Act as the client’s voice internally to ensure projects meet requirements and oversee the successful delivery of client initiatives.
  • Account Planning: Develop and manage an annual account plan aligning with client and company goals, including opportunities, relationships, and risk management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven business development skills.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of enterprise account management experience in IT, Technology, and Solution Selling.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and experience managing strategic accounts to increase revenue and resource presence.
  • Excellent analytical skills, a structured approach, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) with outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Sandler, or Miller Heiman.
  • Excellent negotiation and project coordination skills.
  • Track record of achieving goals through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to identify and execute plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • High initiative, drive, and determination to set and achieve targets through exceptional client satisfaction.
