Role Overview

The Logistics Assistant will support the smooth flow of goods and materials across our supply chain. You will coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments to customers and transport partners.
• Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
• Inspect logistics areas to confirm that items are correctly packed, labeled and stored.
• Process and track orders using SAP or other logistics systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Track loan materials and coordinate returns with customers and transport partners.
• Organise loan materials and prepare them for subsequent deliveries.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to optimise logistics processes.

What We’re Looking For

We value a candidate who brings the following:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination—ideally within the medical or dental sector.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP), Microsoft Office, and especially Excel.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Afrikaans is an advantage.

We will provide an intensive training program to help you master the specific products and processes you’ll manage.
