Stock Controller – International & Simpos

Location: Johannesburg – Midrand

Company: Lesaka Technologies – leading provider of Point‑of‑Sale solutions in South Africa and beyond.

About the Role

As a Stock Controller, you will manage international stock processes and ensure smooth operations from shipment to invoicing. You will coordinate with customs, handle documentation, and keep accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and foreign authorities to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Prepare and manage all paperwork for customs and border authorities.
• Arrange product inspections before shipment.
• Book shipments and manage shipping documents after dispatch.
• Issue stock and maintain accurate records on the stock control system.
• Process invoices for stock transactions.
• Work with debtors and creditors on shipment‑related queries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet all shipment requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Matric certificate.
• Computer literate with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong numerical ability and great attention to detail.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven.
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and attentive listening.
