About the Role

This role forms part of our IT Division. As an IT Graduate, you will collaborate directly with the team to provide support with configuration and troubleshooting desktop systems and workstations. You will also assist with other issues in a heterogeneous environment, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day tracking of Desktop operations to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Configure, image, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware and software equipment, including laptops, desktops, PDAs, mobile phones, and external hard drives.
  • Suggest hardware and software solutions or alternatives while adhering to department standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Establish courses of action for yourself and others to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Utilize strong customer service skills to support internal users.
  • Develop collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology.
  • Certification in CompTIA A+ and N+.
  • Microsoft Certifications would be a distinct advantage.
  • A valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
