Job Description

On the Dot, part of Novus Holdings, is looking for a dynamic and energetic Service Centre Agent to join our team in the Ormonde office. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing publisher and customer queries, and working collaboratively with various teams to deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Respond to publisher complaints and inquiries.
  • Address customer queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Import and compile data, including print orders, and communicate information to relevant parties.
  • <li Clean data and analyse various data types.

  • Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.
  • Provide quick, accurate responses that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Engage with customers to maintain high service standards.

Educational Requirements

  • Proficiency with standard software packages and applications.
  • Basic data‑analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • Strong general administrative skills.
  • Experience handling difficult customers.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Basic data analysis capability.
