About the Role
The Service Centre Administrator is a key member of the HiFi Corp team, responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a safe and organized retail environment.
What You Will Do
- Provide friendly, accurate customer service and support
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Keep product knowledge up to date and share information with customers
- Assist with merchandising and store presentation to enhance the customer experience
- Support safety and security protocols throughout the shop
- Work effectively as a team member and manage your own responsibilities
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required
