About the Role

The Service Centre Administrator is a key member of the HiFi Corp team, responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a safe and organized retail environment.

What You Will Do

  • Provide friendly, accurate customer service and support
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Keep product knowledge up to date and share information with customers
  • Assist with merchandising and store presentation to enhance the customer experience
  • Support safety and security protocols throughout the shop
  • Work effectively as a team member and manage your own responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required
