About the Role

Servest SA is a leading integrated facilities management company. We are looking for a dynamic and data‑driven Graduate Market Analyst to join our Head Office in Waterfall. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer in the Corporate Business Unit and focuses on researching market opportunities, analysing data, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Explore various industries (logistics, retail, healthcare, education, energy, manufacturing) to assess how Servest’s services can add value.
• Track market trends, client behaviour, and emerging technologies affecting the facilities management sector.
• Support the creation of industry profiles and competitor analyses for sales strategy.
• Develop market insight reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to convert insights into strategic actions.
• Collect, clean, interpret, and model complex data sets to uncover patterns and trends.
• Maintain market intelligence databases and tracking systems.
• Create clear, concise reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric level education.
• Honours degree in Econometrics, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data tools.
• Familiarity with data modelling and analysis.
• Interest in business strategy, growth, and market research.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
