Senwes Grainlink is looking for enthusiastic and motivated young people who want to start a career in the agricultural industry. As a Grainlink learner, you will gain hands‑on experience at one of our silos while completing formal training to qualify as a Junior Grain Grader.
What to Expect
- 12‑month structured learnership programme at one of our Senwes Grainlink silos.
- On‑the‑job training in silo operations, grain handling, and administration.
- Exposure to different grain commodities.
- Accredited training in grain grading and essential workplace skills.
- Monthly salary during the learnership period.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- Age between 18 and 25 years.
- Interest in agriculture or technical fields.
- Willingness to work at a silo and learn about grain operations.
