Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates, managing the entire recruitment process.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their industries, cultures, and hiring needs.
  • Create and place job adverts across various platforms, including websites, newspapers, and social media.
  • Utilize headhunting techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Screen, shortlist, and present suitable candidates to clients.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and career development to both clients and candidates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and business development goals.
  • Regularly review and improve recruitment strategies to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Matric certification is required.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have own reliable transport.

Computer Literacy

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong computer literacy is essential for this role.
