Purpose of the Role

Manage all warehouse movements and operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate stock control, and compliance with company policies and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound deliveries, following FIFO stock rotation.
  • Create and maintain bin locations, storage areas, and conduct regular stock counts, verifying physical stock and updating SAP.
  • Oversee warehouse queues (receiving, put‑away, picking, dispatch) and resolve any exceptions or stuck transactions.
  • Handle expiry and quality inspection of materials, including scrapping, dispatch, and documentation.
  • Prepare, verify, and file delivery and material movement documents for SOX, internal and external audit testing.
  • Perform accurate SAP transactions and maintain proper documentation for internal controls.
  • Investigate and resolve stock variances by analysing transactional data and source documents.
  • Support warehouse teams with operational queries, RF device issues and process improvements.
  • Coordinate requisition of warehouse consumables and help the Senior Administrator optimise processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Validate all source documents for material movements (receiving, put‑away, picking, dispatch, stock count).
  • Post material movements accurately on the ERP system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents for SOX, internal, external audits and forensic investigations.
  • Resolve query issues and stock deviations promptly.
  • Archive documents according to the company’s archiving policy.
