Purpose of the Role
Take part in and complete the Learnership programme in a field of expertise that supports the effectiveness of managers and departments.
Programme Overview
This 12‑month programme blends a theoretical component aligned to a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Learnership with practical on‑site work experience. It builds foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computing and basic business principles.
- Target group: Grade 12 qualified individuals seeking essential professional skills.
- Practical work: Administrative support to improve manager and department effectiveness.
- Theoretical topics: Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication Skills, Computer Skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational level: Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- 0–1 year of experience is acceptable.
