Purpose of the Role
The main purpose of this position is to complete a structured Learnership programme that blends classroom theory with hands‑on experience. As a learner you will support managers and departmental teams, helping to improve workplace efficiency and preparing you for a future career in administration.
Programme Overview
The 12‑month learnership comprises:
- Academic modules covering entrepreneurship, business operations, customer service, basic business accounting, maths literacy, communication and computer skills.
- On‑site practical placement at Sasol Secunda where you will provide administrative support to managers and teams.
- Core skill development: literacy, numeracy, digital competence, communication, and basic business principles.
This programme is tailored for Grade‑12 graduates and aims to develop essential professional skills that make you a strong candidate for future employment.
Eligibility
- Matric / Grade 12 completion.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organisational skills and a willingness to develop new skills.
