The SAP Young Professionals Program
The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free initiative run by the SAP Digital Skills Center. This intensive two-month program is designed to equip recent graduates with the certifications and soft skills needed to launch a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Upon completion, SAP will work closely with graduates to connect them with job opportunities at SAP customers and partners, where they can work as SAP Consultants.
Role of an SAP Consultant
The role of an SAP Consultant is divided into two main functions: Functional and Technical.
Consultants contribute to various phases of an S/4 HANA project, including blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrades. They provide business process and functional expertise, along with project guidance, to help clients maximize their investment in SAP software and consulting services.
Additionally, consultants are responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction, developing referenceable clients, and engaging in activities such as investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship building.
Certificate Information
SAP’s End-to-End (E2E) Business Processes represent the complete journey of a business function, ensuring seamless interaction between different departments. These processes integrate sales, supply chain, finance, procurement, and HR into one continuous and intelligent workflow, eliminating data silos, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.

Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in South Africa.
- Must be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to career aspirations.
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or AI.
- Preferably graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile (proof may be requested).
- Must have a strong interest in starting an SAP-related career that may involve travel.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be available full-time from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, for the entire two-month training period starting in October 2025.
- Must have reliable internet access to participate in the virtual live classroom format.
- Must submit an English version of your resume.
