About the Job

We are looking for a Survey Scheduler to join our Survey department at the Westend Office Park, Centurion. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end administration of the risk surveying team and delivering critical reporting and daily support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming work pools and assign surveys for team members.
• Book and coordinate survey schedules.
• Apply the National Survey Policy and ensure all processes follow it.
• Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Compile reports for the survey team and governance functions.
• Assist with budget deviation reporting to Head Surveyors.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to Head Surveyor and regional teams.
• Arrange travel and accommodation bookings.

Qualifications

• High school matriculation (essential).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic technology awareness and capability.
