About the Role
As a Client Service Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for all client interactions – via email, telephone and in‑person. You will serve internal teams, Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and investors, ensuring that every query is handled with accuracy, professionalism and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate assistance to clients regarding investment administration queries.
- Deliver clear, concise information about products and investment options to IFAs and investors.
- Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication, meeting both internal and external expectations.
- Participate in ad‑hoc client service projects as required.
- Use Microsoft CRM tools effectively to manage client interactions and data.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent).
- Relevant financial qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or the investment industry.
- Minimum 1–2 years of call centre or customer service experience.
- Microsoft CRM experience essential.
