About the Job
This role is part of the Strategic Partnerships department of Santam Partnership Solutions. You will work in either our Alice Lane office in Sandton or our Bellville office in Cape Town.
What You Will Do
- Support the Head of Strategic Partnerships – Handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Expense Management – Monitor budget spend, prepare expense claims, answer budget questions.
- Research & Analysis – Gather information, run basic analysis, and summarise findings.
- Office Asset Management – Keep track of laptops, stationery, and other office assets.
- Diary Management – Schedule meetings, book venues, and confirm arrangements.
- Event Planning – Organise team events, arrangements, catering, and venue hire.
- Communications – Manage incoming email, screen phone calls, and respond on behalf of the manager.
- Travel Coordination – Arrange travel for the team, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Team Support – Maintain intranet, SharePoint, and MS Teams sites; update documents and policies.
- People Administration – Handle new employee onboarding, system access, and introductory meetings.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant administrative qualification.
- 5 years’ experience in an administrative or personal assistant role for senior management.
- 3 years of experience engaging with business partners at senior levels (recommended).

- Familiarity with Confluence and MS Teams.
