Job Description

iStore South Africa is the leading Apple premium reseller in Africa, with more than 41 retail and online stores.
We provide expert advice, authorised repairs, business, education, training and technical support for all Apple products.
We need a tech‑savvy, customer‑focused Sales Consultant to help customers experience the latest Apple technology.
Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Inviting customers to try Apple devices and services.
- Listening to their needs and recommending the best solutions.
- Providing detailed product information to help them make informed decisions.
- Creating a memorable and positive shopping experience.
You will receive comprehensive training and all the tools you need to succeed.
We value teamwork, enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.

Completed Matric (National Senior Certificate) – the minimum educational requirement.
At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
Passion for and knowledge of Apple products.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
