Job Purpose
Support the Manager and the Operations Support team by handling general office administration, updating technical documentation, and providing overall administrative assistance.
Principal Accountabilities
- Order office stationery and supplies.
- Manage staff administration tasks.
- Arrange travel for the Manager and staff when required.
- Track training needs, schedule sessions, and ensure no training lags.
- Record meeting minutes and prepare statistical reports.
- Investigate and resolve weekly budget discrepancies.
- Organize staff events and coordinate travel arrangements as requested.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, and distribute minutes promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MIS and SAP.
- Basic financial skills.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Typing skills.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
