Job Purpose

Support the Manager and the Operations Support team by handling general office administration, updating technical documentation, and providing overall administrative assistance.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Order office stationery and supplies.
  • Manage staff administration tasks.
  • Arrange travel for the Manager and staff when required.
  • Track training needs, schedule sessions, and ensure no training lags.
  • Record meeting minutes and prepare statistical reports.
  • Investigate and resolve weekly budget discrepancies.
  • Organize staff events and coordinate travel arrangements as requested.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, and distribute minutes promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MIS and SAP.
  • Basic financial skills.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Typing skills.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
