About the Role

As a Quality Management System Graduate, you will support compliance with quality requirements established by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and by Roche’s Global Pharma Quality System. You will provide administrative assistance to the QA Department and help maintain our quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality System Management: Initiate and monitor events in the electronic documentation system, assign owners, track destruction certificates, and ensure all records are properly logged.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) through training, SOP review, and other learning resources.
  • Release Management: Manage and update the release register, prioritize documentation, and ensure timely preparation of release documents.
  • Contract Management: Assist in overseeing service provider compliance, monitor adherence to contract standards, and coordinate reference standards with laboratories.
  • Archiving: Implement correct filing protocols, archive GMP documentation, and prepare complete documentation packs for submission.
  • General Administration: Provide support to internal and external stakeholders by collecting, preparing, and processing documentation. Create and track purchase requisitions, monitor goods receipt, and ensure timely payment.

Qualifications & Experience

• NQF Level 5 in pharmacy assistance or an administrative role
• Scientific or pharmaceutical background is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and uphold rules and SOPs
