Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and design internal communications such as newsletters, emailers, intranet stories, presentations, and event invitations.
• Assist in managing the internal communications calendar to align with company milestones and global initiatives.
• Create employee‑focused content: feature stories, leadership interviews, and team highlights for intranet and other internal platforms.
• Research and brainstorm creative ways to improve employee engagement and internal communication.
• Capture and edit high‑quality photographs at internal events, staff engagements, and campaign activations.
• Support planning, coordination, and promotion of internal events, town halls, awareness campaigns, and staff engagement activities.
• Help develop internal campaigns that reinforce company culture, values, and strategic priorities.
• Assist with documentation, logistics, and reporting of internal communication initiatives and events.
• Support intranet content management: update news, leadership messages, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor analytics and feedback to assess communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Maintain communication assets such as templates, photo libraries, and message trackers.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, scheduling, and communication planning.

Who You Are

• Studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Media Studies.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Basic experience with photography and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Creative, organized, adaptable, and highly detail‑oriented.
• Passionate about corporate storytelling, culture, and employee engagement.
