About the Role
Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for an energetic individual to join our dynamic payroll department. As a Remuneration Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all elements of remuneration and employee benefits are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all payroll‑related activities efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and submit documentation for new starters and terminations.
- Execute payroll filings in a timely manner.
- Provide customer‑centric support to employees and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain self‑management while working collaboratively with the payroll team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 completion.
- 2‑3 years of relevant payroll experience, including employee benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated experience with VIP People and SAP (HCM) systems.
Core Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of VIP Payroll and SAP (HCM) platforms.
- Current understanding of BCEA and tax legislation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in report writing and analytical tasks.
- High data input accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong investigative and problem‑solving abilities.
