About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Store Clerk to support our underground Stores operations. The role involves receiving, issuing, dispatching, and problem solving of materials, maintaining asset registers, and managing data entry using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Supply Chain National Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
• Computer literacy – MS Office
• Valid Code 10 driver’s license
• Pass Dover Test
• Medical fitness to assist with underground Stores operations
• South African citizen residing within Blouberg or Musina municipality

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years in stores/material control
• Knowledge of the contract mining industry
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Sage 300); Sage Materials Management considered a plus
• Experience in materials/stores environment is an advantage
• Familiarity with operating mobile equipment (forklift, truck, LDV) is a plus
• Team player with respect for diversity of all genders, cultures, and views
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts as required
