About the Role

The Red Bull Graduate Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates who want to launch a fast‑paced career. Over 18 months, you will experience various business functions, spending most of your time in the HR department. This hands‑on program gives you real responsibilities, projects, and a full onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Management & Development: Implement global talent initiatives, facilitate training, support performance management, and contribute to employee engagement surveys.
• Recruitment: Deliver a first‑class recruitment experience, partner with hiring managers, conduct strengths‑based interviews, and support the use of Red Bull Wingfinder.
• Compensation & Benefits: Understand Red Bull’s compensation philosophy, support payroll duties, and help with annual salary reviews.
• Employee Relations: Resolve employee matters, stay current with employment law, and ensure HR policies comply with local regulations.
• Systems & Data: Maintain accurate HR data in global and local systems, support HR planning, and provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Business Partnering: Coach managers, champion global HR practices, contribute to the local People Plan, and build a strong internal and external network.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Honours in HR, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective time‑management and adaptability.
• Performance‑driven mindset and resilience.
• Respect for confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.
• Innovative and willing to “get your hands dirty.”
