About the role
Red Bull invites a motivated graduate to join our Finance Department for a six‑month internship in the Controlling Team. You will work closely with senior controllers, learning how we plan, analyse and report on our financial performance.
What you will do
- Planning & Forecasting: Assist in budget planning, set up technical processes, reconcile financial data across systems, review plan submissions, and check quality for errors and consistency.
- Analysis & Reporting: Help prepare monthly reporting packages, provide insights into business performance, and consolidate stakeholder feedback.
- Business Partnering: Support budget review meetings, create visual presentations, and conduct ad‑hoc analysis as required.
Key requirements
- Relevant diploma or degree in Management Accounting or Financial Management.
- Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience).
- Strong knowledge of management accounting and finance.
- Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Self‑starter with energy, enthusiasm, and team spirit.
- Organised and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Microsoft Excel – intermediate to advanced.
- Experience with SAP/BI is a plus.
